Tornado Warning:

Issued at: 5:23 PM CDT 9/12/08, expires at: 6:00 PM CDT 9/12/08

The NWS in pleasant hill has issued a

tornado warning for: southeastern leavenworth county in northeast Kansas southern wyandotte county in northeast Kansas

Until 600 pm cdt

At 519 pm cdt, national weather service doppler radar was tracking a confirmed tornado near de soto. Doppler radar showed this tornado moving northeast at 25 mph.

The tornado will be near, bonner springs by 530 pm cdt. Bonner springs by 535 pm cdt. Edwardsville by 540 pm cdt.

Other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include lake of the forest, muncie and maywood.

The safest place to be during a tornado is in a basement. Get under a workbench or other piece of sturdy furniture. If no basement is available, seek shelter on the lowest floor of the building in an interior hallway or room such as a closet. Use blankets or pillows to cover your body and always stay away from windows.

If in mobile homes or vehicles, evacuate them and get inside a substantial shelter. If no shelter is available, lie flat in the nearest ditch or other low spot and cover your head with your hands.

I went to a Mcdonalds for a sundae.. it was the ghettoest mcdonalds evarrr.. it was so ghetto, the water wasn't free.. it was so ghetto, the sauces for nuggets were 27 cents..

and more gas paranoia.. bunch of gas stations are closed, some of them claim 'to have only premium gas' and sell it for 4.20.. in Greensboro NC, gas reached 5.85 regular... anybody else having those crazy prices in their states? or is it just the dumbarses from NC?

What kind of Mcdonalds do u go to?

Gas here is about 3.87 for regular.
