We left Baton Rouge at 8 am Sunday morning and got home at 4 am yesterday morning. Needless to say, I'm tired and not in a very good mood today.

Wow, is that how long it usually takes or were there big delays? What about the storm?

We left Alabama yesterday at 10:30 est(it was 9:30 central there) and got home at 8pm but that's how long it usually takes.

No, it only took us about 12 hours to get down there. We got stuck in the contraflow out of Louisiana. You would think all lanes of the interstate going northbound would be a good thing. Well, it was except Mississippi didn't get the memo. So when we hit the state line it was disastrous. I'm just glad I live where I live. None of that kind of ####### to deal with.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

That stinks! Thankfully we didn't have any bad traffic on 75. I did see Louisiana plates around and wondered if they had evacuated. My dad said in a cracker barrel in AL near where they live was a big group of evacuees.

Hmmm lol. No DVR either, huh? :(

Check if they show their full shows online. That's how I watch some stuff I missed since I can't record anything.
