I'm a damn good cook, if I don't say so myself! ;):blush:

The hardes part for me, was getting away from my Engineer mentality, and measuring everything EXACTLY, and following recipes EXACTLY.

When I learned to just have fun in the kitchen, I really started to not only enjoy cooking, but love cooking. I also love to watch all the cooking shows as well! :thumbs:

My specialties are Mexican, Tex-Mex, Cajun, and Thai... in other words... food with some heat and spice to it!!! :devil:
