I just sent in my application for an absentee ballot!

Why???? you won't vote in person?? I heard they will give free cookies.

No, I won't vote in person. Last time I almost missed it because I got held up at work. NJ doesn't require a 'reason' to vote absentee, anyone can as long as they let the state know they intend to. This way I can vote without having to worry about a Sev1 at work getting in the way!

In Mexico they are held on Sundays -- which is teh svcks.

No day off here. Well, technically I am allowed to take time off but it's not always realistic. I can't walk away if there's an incident.
