Thanks for all the bday wishes yesterday. (I know I'm posting late about that!)

It's cold here today by Florida standards. We'll have a high of 64 but it'll be windy so it'll feel colder. And tonight it's supposed to drop to 38 overnight. I love it! Since we don't get a lot of days like this, it's really fun for me. I can understand if you live somewhere where it's really cold for months getting tired of it, but not in Florida, and not me at least. I treasure the days I could wear one of my scarves!!(maybe today isn't cold enough hmm).

I hate cold and I hate hot but...if I had to choose...I would choose cold because with hot there's only so many clothes I can take off before there's nothing left to take off

I prefer cold cause you can always get warm - but in heat you can't really get cool. I remember the first time my nostril hairs froze. It was an interesting experience!

I have an immigration question: if we filed for AOS/EAD/AP on Aug 4 and we received approval notice for P's EAD on 10/7 but still no card....should I wait another week or two or should I make an INFOPASS appt and see what's up?
