well, the computers are not working anywhere else but here in my office, which totally sucks. i'll porbably not be on and trying not to kill myself for the rest of the day, cuz not only i can't do any work without computer, i can't do anything else

they say we;re not supposed to eat more than 40g of sugar daily, but I made a fruit salad with kiwi, pineapple, apple, banana, orange and grapes, and it has 50 grams just like that, fruits.

Is that processed sugars or natural sugars? I would think natural sugars from fruits would be ok.
