my internal alarm clock is working too good lately... no mater when I go to bed I always wake up between 7 or 8 am.. and no matter how hard I try I can't get back to sleep.. and then later in the day I am so tired.. yes, I could go to bed earlier and I usually do but my hubby likes to stay up later and when he is up I have a hard time sleeping because I need peace and quiet when I sleep

I want to take sleeping pills so I can sleep like 16hrs. I miss those days!

I have never been one that sleeps a lot but I need at least 6 or 7 hours..

and I usually have to get and pee a few times during the night too I have always done that though....

the dreaded pee in the middle of the night. a few weeks ago someone told me i was too young for that. i drink loads of water before bed so i wake up with supple skin

I do that too. It's rare that I wake up for a drink though. Normally I drink the whole thing when I wake up!

I usually wake up thirsty in the middle of the night.. I wake up a couple of times during the night usually...

when I was in the hospital I hardly slept so one night a nurse gave me a sleeping pill.... she said she would try and not bother me too much but all through the night she came in about every 90 minutes or so and would always let the door bang shut.... the sleeping pill didn't help a thing
