cool beans...

the package I mailed off on Tuesday to Florida got to Memphis around 12:30 today... the destination is only about 10 hours or so from there.. I am hoping it gets there by tomorrow... so the money that is on hold in Paypal can be released...

ok... this is off topic... but that is what this thread is about right? Why is it that the people who act like they are smarter than others are the ones who say the most retarded things? Like a customer came in to my work today, and they are building houses behind my work, he said that someone yelled "immigration" and all the builders ran away... But what is funny, there is not one non-american person working back there, and I do believe that all of them are white, so why he thought that was funny is beyond me... then he proceeds to dazzle us with his knowledge (right) on immigration and blah, blah, blah, I just rolled my eyes and pretended to be busy doing other things...

Ok... I feel better now...

I just decided to get a kitty from the animal shelter :luv: I grew up with cats and I really, really missed having one. Next saturday I will go to the animal shelter and see if I find an older cat that I like and that likes me.

Any recommendations on litter boxes?

not trying to be a b!tch, but i don't see the point of having a thread in OT just for people from one country to talk. Thinking in their best interest, it would definitely be better for them to have that thread in the regional forum, so they can speak their language, instead of a language they don't know. It would make their lives easier.

I really think I got the job.. in fact I would be surprised if I didn't... I felt good vibes almost as soon as I walked in the door...

the mom let me hold the 4 month old and he was so cute.. he was smiling at me and slobbering all over my fingers and then he started telling me a story in baby talk...... the 3 year old was shy at first but he warmed up to me pretty quickly and was showing me all his toys... and the parents seemed to really want to get to know me .. I didn't get those vibes at the other interviews..

they said they are going to let me know in the next couple of days... I was there for like 30 minutes chatting with them...
