It's finally stopped but now I feel as if I could lay down for a nap. I think I might be coming down off a sugar high. I had a whole snack size bag of sweet tarts, a coke, and half a piece of carrot cake w/cream cheese icing.

No and no. I'm at work and I carpooled today with my mom. It's ok. I only have 40 minutes to go. I think I can make it. Me thinks I should eat better from now on. I left out the bag of cheez its and pack of crackers I had.

Hey guys(and girls)...I just did a search for "Stina" at expats to see what would come up...lol. Nothing juicy, but people were guessing in the list of members who was who...Someone who is a member over there can post that I have not joined so I don't have a user name there. If I look every once in awhile, it's as a guest not a member.

So I am not any of the mentioned names that people were guessing are me.

I am off to cook some greek food. My versions of chicken gyros and greek salad.

I want to start cooking some different cuisines.. nothing to crazy... I found this recipe for "Moroccan" chicken the other day.. it looks good.. not sure how authentic it is though...

Grilled Moroccan Chicken Recipe

* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (the best quality you can get)

* 1/4 cup chopped scallion (, white part only)

* 1/4 cup chopped parsley

* 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 tablespoon minced garlic

* 2 teaspoons paprika

* 2 teaspoons ground cumin

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

* 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1. Combine oil, scallions, parsley, cilantro, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, turmeric and cayenne pepper in the container of a food processor.

2. Process until smooth.

3. Rub the mixture on both sides of the chicken breasts and let stand 30 minutes.

4. Preheat the grill to medium hot.

5. Grill chicken breasts 5-7 minutes on each side, or until done.
