I know --- #######. Matilda cries and leaves and the excitement goes away. ARGH.

Oh, I do have a question: thick curling iron OR straightening thingy? I have really long hair, fine, but frizzy sometimes. Wisdom gurls!

It depends on what you want to do. The straightening iron, if your hair is fine, will probably make it really flat. The thick curling iron will give it a little more body.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!

You know what I dread? The sound of the bell to signal the end of my planning period and the beginning of 7th period. Ugh. Seriously. I REALLY do love my job, but I'm just so over it today. I have 99 senior papers to grade by Friday, I work tomorrow and Thursday at my after-school tutoring until 8 pm, and I AM TIRED. Dammit.

Luckily they are doing an in-class essay so I can veg.

In other news....has anyone ever read the book Three Cups of Tea?

anyone know how kavi's surgery went?

Stina reported the other day in the mom's thread that it went well. He had a tube in there that she has to be really careful with, but he's supposed to get it out tomorrow - I think. :star:

Hi all...Sorry I haven't posted here in awhile.

I forgot to write about kavi's surgery. He had the tube and bandages off last Wednesday and everything was very tender still, but he is healing up nicely and we'll go back for another follow up visit in about 2 weeks. It was a hard thing to go through, though it wasn't anything very serious, but still was hard.

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)
