It's Monday! Only four more days and it's the weekend!

Wishing you all a wonderful Monday and sending you lots of high-pitched chirpy greetings from overseas.

I am going out for dinner tonight, a Persian place, where we are going to have our corporate Christmas party. We are testing the food and putting together the menu for the party.

I only have a 4 day week this week, since it's the German Unification day on Friday and we are all off work. Then I can bug you online all day. So basically it will be like every day.

Only 54 days until I fly to the US again. Very good!

Have I mentioned that I finally did my taxes?

I was just watching the news and the high tomorrow is only 68

I can't wait for next week because it's the start of the Fall Festival here. They have loads and loads of wacky foods for me to eat. I'm going to get some chocolate covered crickets and ants and some suckers with scorpions inside. I was just looking at the food map and I'm not sure what the hell a "pronto pup" is? Oh noes there's also something called Bosco stix

Today is my first day drinking coffee again since it's cooling off outside. I have a Spanish test tonight but first I'm going to make some yummy banana bread. I think it's also time to start making some pumpkin bread so the house smells like autumn. mmmmmm

eta: ok just googled and pronto pup is a brand of corn dog

Well, now that some of my stress is over (the stupid elementary school auction is still looming, but at least the Walk is over) all of my stress has caught up with me....with a vengeance. That little cold I had last week has now taken over. My head feels as though it's precariously balanced on my shoulders. I have indigestion, a head full of snot, and I ache everywhere.
