For Thanksgiving I am making a traditional roast goose, if I can get one in Char. With potato dumplings and red cabbage. For Christmas (Pedro is coming to Germany to be with me and my family) we are making cheese fondue.

I don't know yet. Usually I do a turkey for Thanksgiving and a Ham for Christmas, but I'll be alone this year.

I may go over to my daughter's grandparents house though, haven't decided.

amhh schnitzel filled gorditas

sauerkraut tamales, and habanero wursts with tons of beer... and enchiladas of course, muchas enchiladas

almost every morning around the same time I hear this high pitched kind of beeping noise like ever minute or two...(and no it isn't the alarm clock ) I thought it was the smoke detector upstairs, so I took the battery out thinking I needed to replace it but then a few days later I heard the beeping again, so I thought maybe it was the battery was dying on the smoke detector downstairs too so I took the battery out of that one but I still hear the beeping... it always stops after awhile... I only hear it in the morning between 6 and 7 or so...
