I went over to the football office. One of the trainers worked on my back. He said it's a muscle spasm. He put some heat on it and did some stretches and stuff to it. It's feeling much better now. The only problem is my desk here at work is not made for me (short people). So it's bothering me again already. Hopefully I can talk them into getting me something more suitable for my workstation.

Booty - as a state employee I am sure it is included in the contract somewhere that they have to provide ergonomic work stations. Check with HR and the union.

I just had a lovely filling dinner and now I am home. I received the bras I ordered in Oz. The brand is Lovable and they make the best bras by far - well, for large cup size girls. My old ones were kind of falling apart. I should probably take a hot bath and go to sleep, but knowing myself, I will spend the evening chatting with Ury and surfing the rad place called VJ.

Booty, maybe you should get some accupuncture for your back. Plus an ergonomic chair.

I will definitely do that. Everyone else just recently got nice new chairs, I did not.
