All the agencies have slightly different expedite criteria but once you can get one at USCIS the likelyhood of them expediting it all the way through is higher. You can check the USCIS website for the criteria or better yet call them so they can give you all the info you need and tell you how to send in your request. If you can get your Senators office to help that would be even better.

We got expedited based on military deployment :thumbs:
