G-325A form..help

Hi,

Am currently filling out the G-325A form, and am getting confused on the fields in the form, what does the word "APPLICANT" on the form means. Is it my husband petitioning me or it is myself ??

Would appreciate your assistance on the matter...more power

Applicant is for the United States Citizen. Beneficiary is for the person that will benefit from the visa, typically non-USC.

noted on that....for I-130 application isnt it that my husband and I should be filling out G-325A form seperately, so i presume the "APPLICANT" pertained on the form depends on who's filling it out? so if the G-325A is for me am the "APPLICANT"? is that right?

Both he and you should be filling out seperate G-325A forms (1 for him, and 1 for you), so you are correct, it depends who is filling out the form...
