Anyone have any experience with this? As you can see from our timeline, over 3 months have passed since we sent in our forms..Carlos's biometrics were done, and nothing since then. I would think that if we were gonna have an RFE that it would be sent by now, seeing as other folks with about our same time or later NOA1 date have already an interview or an instant approval due to transfer to CSC..I'm starting to just worry and worry and worry about it all...Usually the RFE's are recieved during the first 90 days am I correct?

LaGreenEyes you can get a RFE right up to and including at your AOS interview....

What is it that you are expecting to happen in the 90 days since you filed.... You have recived your NOA's and you have had your Biometrics done... This is more than some people have had done to their cases in the same time frame...

You are going to have to be patient... this process takes time and worrying is only going to make it seem longer...

I am sure your case is being worked on and you will hear about an interview date when it is ready to be done....

Good Luck

Kezzie

Well, you cant really say that they HAVE to have a RFE for you. I waited over 90 days over biometrics, and even though they gave me an interim EAD, I kept on pushing to know what was wrong with my file. It happened to be nothing, I got approved for my AP on day 98 after biometrics, and EAD on day 100 after biometrics.

When I emailed the Pitts Office and called the USCIS mis information line, they could not tell me if there was a RFE. Actually the Pittsburgh DO told me that in conversations with MSC the people there could not tell them what was the hold up in my case. My AP and EAD were approved shortly after that. God Bless the Pittsburgh DO!!!

Anyhoo, keep on calling, keep on trying to find out what's wrong with your case. But make sure you are on the right time frame. In my NOA it said it could take up to 180 days for AOS, so I am still not bothering anyone about that...:D

We had an RFE but never received it. It got lost? It held up our EAD and put a hold on our AOS. We found this out through an infopass appointment.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Hi, Rob&Ana...my case is kind of like yours, you said that you pushed them by e-mailing and calling them Wow, how did you do that? I and my husband've lived in California. Could you please give us the USCIS's e-mail address, I think I and my husband should do it. Thanks you so much, your information made me feel much better.

P.S. your time processing is very similar to ours.

According to your timeline we filed more than one year earlier than you. Still no interview. We had one scheduled 8 months ago but it was cancelled and has not yet been rescheduled. As for getting "touched" online. That never happens for us.

I also noticed on your timeline that your aos packet was returned because the check was dated wrong. I did the same thing when I filed mine and it was also returned. Just for fun I decided to try an experiment this year and do the same thing with my check to the IRS for taxes due. I dated the check April 15, 2005 instead of April 15, 2006.

Do you have any doubt about the result of my experiment? That check cleared my bank in about 5 days.
