Inquiry/tracer on AP/EAD by MSC phone line

Ok, according to the new USCIS service center timelines, I am 30 days past getting AP, and now EAD, I called the service center and they put a tracer or an inquiry on my AP, and now I am going to call about the EAD. Has anyone had success in obtaining information after doing this? The representative said We would hear somthing within 30 days.....

I still think someone lost, threw away or spilled coffee on our paperwork, the delay and lack of information is totally unexplainable.

08 JUN 2006.....AP document recieved :)

09 JUN 2006.....regular EAD approval

14 JUN 2006.....regular EAD recieved in mail

22 JUL 2006......AOS and EAD (?) touched...moving along maybe? :)

21 AUG 2006....Recieved interview letter!

26 SEP 2006.....INTERVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!

26 SEP 2006.....APPROVED WITH FLYING COLORS!

05 OCT 2006....Welcome letter recieved

11 OCT 2006....THE CARD ARRIVES!!!!!!!!!!

15 SEP 2008.....Sent for removal of conditions

24 SEP 2008.....NOA for removal of conditions

10 MAR 2009....Transferred from VSC to CSC

22 MAY 2009.....REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS APPROVED!!!!!! :) Citizenship here we come!

Phoning the info line is a waste of time.... they gave you the standard answer... you will hear nothing in 30 days... youhave an infopass for the begining of june you will get much more help at that....

You are going to have to stop thinking something has happened to your paperwork.... it is being processed nothing more...

How long did you think it was all going to take?????

lets just hope you are not one of the unlucky people who ends up waiting years to get approval....

Thanks so so much for your support, it's easy for someone who actually got

their EAD in a timely manner, and had information about their case to criticize others, I'm asking all these questions because it seems here on the board, the only time this kind of thing happens is if there is a problem. It is easy to say ask at infopass..but at our last infopass my husband was told that "Dallas doesnt do EAD's and we had to get in contact with CHICAGO" Like there's an office in Chicago to contact..so at this point, this board is my only source of correct information and support...or lack thereof I can see.

Im sure it was alot of fun when ya'lls green card didnt arrive.
