FYI-You don't need to complete the whole series of any vaccine before your interview. As long as you start the series (first dose), they count it as completed. It is on you to get the rest of the doses. I read that on the USCIS website:

Question: There is some concern among both CBOs and civil surgeons regarding the new requirement on the I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to receive the HPV vaccine. Is the HPV vaccine recommended or required? If required, who is required to take the vaccine? Also, are applicants required to just take the initial dose for the purposes of the I-693, or must they complete the series?

Response: The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is one of several new age-specific required vaccinations that have been added to the Technical Instructions for Vaccination for civil surgeons conducting medical examinations of aliens. These newly added vaccination requirements, effective July 1, 2008, were a result of recommendations from the U.S. Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and are required for persons to be medically cleared for adjustment of status. As a reminder, Health and Human Services/Centers for Disease Control have the regulatory authority to set the requirements for our medical exams and we are bound to these requirements. As such, any vaccination recommendation made by the ACIP for persons living within the U.S. becomes a requirement for immigrants.

The HPV vaccine is required for females ages 11 through 26 years of age. As with all the vaccinations, because completion of a vaccine series often takes several months, applicants are currently not required to complete a series before being medically cleared to proceed with adjustment of status. They must, however, complete as many doses as was medically appropriate at the time the medical exam was conducted and are encouraged to follow-up with their primary physicians at a later date to finish any series. Further information and updates on the required medical exam and vaccines can be accessed at www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/health.htm

lol! I am really oposed to the Cervical cancer vaccine.. it is a new vaccination that really has not been tested. And I have to pay almost $150 for every shot, and it is a series of 3... but it is not about the money, it is the fact that they are making us get something that not even americans are getting because it really has not been tested... I kind of feel like a lab rat... :jest:

All right I am done complainig about the vaccines!! sorry everyone but that is just how I feel...

HI! Ok so I had to go back to the doctor to get my second HPV and a few other vaccines that needed reinforncment. I send a copy of my vaccination record with the RFE yellow paper and all that. Now I see that there is a Form DS 3025? Am I supposed to fill out this form? Or will a copy of my vaccination records be enough? I got all my vacination here in the USA so it is all in english and no traduction is necesary... Please help!!!

And by the way I had to pay $200 more! I have already spend over $800 get this medical exam and get all the vaccines and the TB skin exam! It is outrageous!! And I can not believe that they are making us take the cervical cancer vaccine, first it is very expensive.. but not only that it is a new vaccine and there are not a lot of tests on this vaccine. Cervical cancer is not contagious and it is stupid that they are making us take this!! Even the nurse who helped me today said she thought it was completely outrageous..she told me this vaccine is so new that she is not willing to have her child take it... it all comes back to the $....

Hi... when was your medical exam? If it was before June 1st, 2008, you do NOT need to be in compliance with the new vaccine requirements...

Check out the vaccine link above.

From that website...
