What bill did you pay and how did you pay it.

If you did it online then as soon as online payment shows as paid, you can print out the cover sheet with barcode and send your docuemtns in.

You should probably give us more details about your case before we can suggest you anything.

in a few weeks you will receive the IV package which includes instructions on what else to send to the NVC. Also is the DS230. You can search on the department of state website for this form.
