Hi everyone.

Help me to understand what I can do at this point of our journey. Like most couples here we want to speed up the process. If paying fees,or taking medical sooner will help we want to do so.

We have just received our approval; I should receive a email this week (hopefully) with our NVC

case #.

1.Can we pay the Delbeos document fee with the #?

2.Can Kris go to St. Lukes and get her medical?

3. Can she schedule her embassy appointment with just the

number?

I have read the guides and they say USE will schedule the medical and interview, but I have read where some

Get their NVC case number and go take the medical.

Thanks everyone.

Ronnie

She will have to wait for the appointment letter that will be sent by USEM which will include dates for her medical and interview. Now , once knowing the medical appointment date, she can now go and walk-in earlier than that appointment date. WIth regards to paying DELBROS for document verification, here is the link for the forum discussion with regards to that topic http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=140311

Good luck

hello.. if you already have the MNL case number, you can start to pay DV..

for medical and interview, you can try to get a schedule by calling USEM using MNL number..

and also, it is best for you to call them than her cos they got this "VIP treatment thing" for USCs..

USCs are entertained well at USEM than most filipinos, sad but true.. ;)

when we got my MNL case, i immediately called USEM to get a schedule..

unfortunately, they put me on hole for 2 mins just to say i have to call after two weeks..

but then the next morning, my SO called them to try to get a schedule..

he got it!! and they we're so accommodating to him..

with all due respect to you richo.. i think the OP cant use that link for the appointment..

the link that you posted is for ir/cr discussion.. OP is under k1..

some people say ir/cr people cant get a schedule at USEM using MNL case number..

since NVC sets the appointment date for them not USEM..

not like with k1 as soon as they have the MNL number, they can get an appointment already ..

i remember when i called USEM before, i asked what's the MNL number for..

they explained to me that MNL number indicates that your case is already at USEM's electronic file..

but i think that applies to k visas only since im under k1..

goodluck to your fiancee's medical and interview..

hi there if you want to speed up the process a week after NOA2 you may call NVC to get the case # then you may pay the document verification fee. Your fiancee can have her medical also even without an interview date yet. Just show the letter from NVC. A week after NVC sent your case to USEM you may call them to schedule for the interview. This is what I did. It took me 37 days only from NOA2 to interview and when I had my interview my document verification was already there so I got pink slip only. Good luck!

Hi Everyone,

I -129F

Our NOA2 approval was sent email on Aug. 29, the NVC received the package on Sept. 3, yesterday. I called today -Sept. 4 (8:05 am) and spoke with a Representative at: 603-334-0700...press 1 then 5.

I got recording saying my wait time is 1 min... operator comes on and ask for CIS case number (the Vermont Service Center number)

and my name and beneficiary name and birthdate. She confirmed my phone number and I asked when she received the case, and what is the NVC number.

She told me "we received the case yesterday, September 3rd, and we are processing it." She then told me my NVC case number.

Less than a min. on phone.

Hope this helps others. The automated line didn't have our case listed yet, and still dosen't.

Ronnie

Hi, I am just curious how you knew the NVC got your package on SEPT. 3? Did they send something? I am waiting but I am not sure what I am waiting for.

I know that you are all talking about the Phillipine Embassy, right? but I'm wondering if some of the things would apply to other embassys as well to hurry things along.

Ronnie- Congrats on getting your NOA2 too!!! ^_^
