Blessing in disguise. Let it go no matter how hard it hurts rather than you keep living with a lie. She is a witch! That is so pathetic --- seeing you as a meal ticket??? That is awful. I am so sorry brother. She is never going to be good for you. So chin up and move forward. Let it go coz she is not IT. :)

My finacee and I got into a agruement.

When I told her to lay it all on the table she was honest enough to tell it all but in a bizarre way.

She came up with a list:

1. I turn her off with my looks.

2. She said that I am overweight.

3. She has forced herself to love me the entire time.

4. She really wants to help her family thats why she looked for an American

5. She can no longer take the fact that she was lying to me

6. She said im too fat for her.

So I ended it just a few minutes ago.............................

OUCH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cant really say much, except is she worth enough to you to lose weight. I mean that seems like her only problem she has is your weight. You are not an ugly guy, but some people cant see past someones weight. We have all seen those people on TV that were overweight and when they lost it, they looked so much better, not just their body but in their face too. It's also not just for the looks, but for the health.

But who knows...if you did get yourself to a weight of 150 pounds, maybe you would feel like you could get prettier than her and not let her get back with you even she begged to have you back. Or even send her a thank you card for motivating you to lose weight that now you are fighting all the women off you with a stick! :)

Weight should NOT have been an issue for her if she truly loved him. She also admitted that she was looking for an American so she could help her family - weight or not, this would have been the deal breaker of all. No...I don't think losing weight is going to change this girl's mind. IMHO weight should NEVER be a factor in determining a person's worth.

To the OP: I'm sorry...wish there were something more to say.

I agree, it's not a weight issue. It is all about making the OP her meal ticket. Oh puhleez, this is so old drama. She needs a good grip of her morals and give herself a real good kick. Lowlife - that's what she is. A big No-no to you my friend.

Well, I'm not advocating the following, but I can tell you that if it were me (and I AM fat), that I'd be getting rip-roaring drunk right now and then going' out in the yard/field/vacant lot and kicking the sh!t out of something.

But maybe that's just me.....

This may make me sound like a pig, but I would go South of the Border and have a "binge". And I am not talking about drinking. Find the nearest Mexican bordertown and kill a whole weekend there.

If I were you, I wouldn't think to much about her. Its obvious she never loved you. People who love each other don't say things like "you're ugly" or whatever. As others said, she seemed to be out to use you. At least she was finally honest about it before it went too far. You will find the one for you, just take your time and don't rush into anything. Love is deeper than any initial attraction. If she truly cared about you, and felt you were "too overweight" in her eyes, I think she'd stay and help you become more healthy. Couples should help each other, not hurt each other. Take care and try to get happy again. You don't deserve someone to be mean like that to you. Seems sorta childish to me as well.

I'm so sorry but at least she honest. It's better you find out now that later on when you are married. At least you have been spared further heartache. All the best to you and the right girl is out there for you.

This is what i look like..........

hey, you don't look overweight! I think your ex(?)-fiancee' has other reason for breaking up with you... Those reasons you stated, probably, just said to hide the real story becasuse for me physical issue is so shallow! But then you said she told you that she just wanted to help her family that's why she got into relationship with you (finding USC bf) was so harsh...

I believe, God prepared someone destined to be with you and will love you truly and with no pretensions... Don't lose hope and don't let this experience ruin you... Stay positive... God bless!
