Still alive, and leaving tomorrow night for 12 days to visit the Fiancee. I have been completely useless at work  This waiting is driving me nuts, but at least I get to go spend some time with her...

[/quote]

I am so jealous  . I have only been back 1.5 weeks from about 3.5 weeks with my fiancee, but it seems like months already. My trip in November is going to be cancelled so maybe Christmas now. I dont know how I am going to wait so long  . maybe Worse than that, she is in the Philippines now and internet connection is not so good, so video chat is difficult - and she is going to be there another 5 weeks. I am bummed.

Have fun & have a safe trip.

:( I am not lucky as others here that their fiancé can go and see them many times. My Bebe ko (my fiancé) is a striving engineer like me. We need to spend wisely and think of our future ahead, so we need to do sacrifices. It is so damn hard that we're so far from each other right now. Like today, when I did my enrollment for my graduate studies, I feel so sad and missing him. Last year, we did it together and it was so fun. He got the chance to meet some of my professors. We ate in my favorite café near my school building, after the tiring enrollment.

Oh well, anyway, I am making myself so busy thats why I still enrolled for this semester. I only have one subject left till my thesis. ;)

I know what you mean by waiting and having to let them go. We talk every day and we end up with a sigh of not being able to meet. I am planning on meeting my fiancee in February. Just waiting for the next 3 months.

Good luck to all.

Pedia and others - I think our group is way too quiet. Not having enough time to log in or just not in a mood to write something ;)

Actually, Oct has been the lowest in the last 12 months based on the stats. Only 58-59 have been approved. So, unless there is a surge in November with the applications getting approved, we will still end up seeing May and June applicants getting approved in Novemeber. We might end up with an avg higher than what we have seen in the past for applications.

Rocky - How did you get it expedited? What's the procedure? In fact, good luck to you. You will be able to meet your fiance/fiancee soon if it gets approved. Then, we will be "jealous" like you...just kidding. We will be very happy for you, cause we know what you might be going thro'

I heard that they are concentrating more on Citizenship apps instead of K1 so people can vote, I hope as soon as this election is over we get mass approvals. Im August, I want them to finish up June and July already!
