Congratulations!!!!! Hopefully more of us will start seeing approvals!! I am getting impatient..... but I know the wait is worth it!

129F - K1 - Timeline:

9/18/2008 - Sent out K1 Packet

9/19/2008 - Packet received - CSC

9/22/2008 - NOA 1

9/23/2008 - Check Cashed

9/24/2008 - NOA 1 Hardcopy Received

1/13/2009 - Touch

1/14/2009 - NOA 2 via email

1/20/2009 - NOA 2 via USPS

1/20/2009 - arrived at NVC

1/23/2009 - left NVC

1/26/2009 - arrived at US Embassy in Sarajevo

2/02/2009 - Packet 3 received

2/05/2009 - Medical Scheduled - Passed

2/10/2009 - Interview - PASSED!!

2/14/2009 - POE: Chicago ORD

did you get touches before the approval came? did it come by email?

9/19/2008 - Mailed I-129F by USPS Priority

9/22 - Mail reached USCIS - CSC

9/23 - Check Cashed

9/23 - NOA1 Notice Date (now wait and pray that NOA2 should come soon!!)

9/27 - NOA1 received by mail

9/29 - Touched (probably to correct typos)

9/30 - Touched

1/14/2009 - NOA2 approved

1/20 - NOA2 hard copy received

1/22 - NVC received petition

1/26 - NVC sent petition to Embassy

1/29 - Received NVC Hard copy

1/30 - Embassy received petition

2/3 - Received P3 from Embassy

2/3 - P3 sent by Courier from India

2/10 - Confirmed that P3 is in embassy's system (called embassy, DOS)

2/23 - Called DOS - Got interview date verbally

3/9 - Medicals Completed

3/31 - Interview Successful

4/3 - Received Visa

that's what surprised me...they received my petition on 9/15, NOA 9/16 and I had a touch on 9/17 but nothing since then. I doubt they would have been working on it for that long. also i looked at other september petitions...there were maybe four others around my NOA1 date that had been given an NOA2 but they were all given the NOA2 about a month earlier than mine..so maybe mine just sat around longer? (even though 113 days is a REALLY short time to wait!)

i was worried that they had stopped processing september filers after christmas...i was seeing only july and august filers (and even earlier) but i guess that's not the case. you guys should all be really soon!

if you look at the list of sept. filers on igor's list 2 you can see really clearly who has gotten an RFE ...which makes me think they're already halfway through september...so maybe your files are all waiting on a desk to be taken care of soon!!

I looked at the list and the graph and only 35% of the Sept cases have been approved...we still have some hope...Abt 60% of the august cases have been approved. I am just getting anxious to get approved...:)

congratulations to all who received their NOA2. I got touched yesterday. I know how much excitement you get. I was shaking to. From my NOA 1 date, there was nothing and suddenly this morning I check the status of the petition and the date has change to January 8, 2009. Will let you when approval is in.
