Karri - Please change the title to Sept 2008, CSC Filers. I think the Vermont group is pretty well read and posted, whereas individuals might not know whether it is CSC or not. Thanks.

Sorry I don't see the option to update the post topic. Maybe you can talk to the Moderator about that. However, it lists the California Service Center as part of the sub topic and I mirrored it exactly as the original Sep 08 Vermont thread but someone started another one and they may have put it slightly different.

09/20/08 - received the Registry postal notice that they recvd the docs

I'm gonna faint. I checked my bank today and the check cleared yesterday! I ran to the UCSIS website to check the case status and saw this!

9/19/2008 - Mailed I-129F by USPS Priority

9/22 - Mail reached USCIS - CSC

9/23 - Check Cashed

9/23 - NOA1 Notice Date (now wait and pray that NOA2 should come soon!!)

9/27 - NOA1 received by mail

9/29 - Touched (probably to correct typos)

9/30 - Touched

1/14/2009 - NOA2 approved

1/20 - NOA2 hard copy received

1/22 - NVC received petition

1/26 - NVC sent petition to Embassy

1/29 - Received NVC Hard copy

1/30 - Embassy received petition

2/3 - Received P3 from Embassy

2/3 - P3 sent by Courier from India

2/10 - Confirmed that P3 is in embassy's system (called embassy, DOS)

just registered to receive email updates on my case status. I got my NOA1 in the MAIL TODAY!!! 9/25/08 but the date that its listed is 9/19/08.

THIS BEGINS OUR VISA JOURNEY!!

I can really understand you all in the excitement of getting the check cashed. I do not want to get too let down about other people's difficulties ... SO LET's SUPPORT EACH OTHER, okay?!
