Well, it also gives me hope that our timelines will move back to where they were. if they are getting approvals now, hopefully they are onto Sept by mid January, so maybe the original estimtate of Jan 21 to Feb whatever was right. I hope it is sooner than that.

It is nice to see some movement. I really hope CSC gets moving soon. that will give me a better feeling for January.

Yep, I'm still holding out hope for the original estimate too! March?? :P I think not!! I TOTALLY think we are going to see our approvals rolling in by mid-January, early February at the latest.

Be a bit more optimistic, beginning of Jan. :D

I see you are in SLC, I just talked to my friends from there the other day and they were pissed at me cause I am sitting in Thailand with 30C weather, and sunshine, while they are stuck in the snow :P

Hi, does anyone know what the timeline for the US Embassy in Moscow is? My attorney just told me that the wait is an additional 3 months!!!! This waiting is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. If anyone knows what this IGOR list is, please forward this info to me. Thanks!!!!!

The wait to get an appointment at the US Embassy here in Canada is a 3 month one also. Seems like some Embassy's are quicker to get into than others.

Best thing to do is to look at the timelines of people that were from your country and see how long the wait was for them.

You are a lucky dog!! :P We are supposed to have an enormous snowstorm this weekend, so I decided to head to Seattle...hopefully I'll miss it, but at the very least I'm going to get rain and cold in Seattle. :crying: 12 days until I go to Cancun, though, so I really shouldn't complain! B)

Hi all - How's every body doing. I wish there were no so many filers in September along with us  because they are anyways not posting here. There are only 5 or 6 individuals who post and there are 65 odd individuals who have applied in Sept. I wish I had applied in August like some of you claim, because that group is much more active !!!

By the way, good news, the august guys are getting approved now...I hope we will start seeing some Sept approvals as early as 2nd week of January...that's really good news..

I am still hoping that we will be able to see 40 - 50 approvals every week rather than this trickle of 15 per week...If you look at the stats for last year they had 50 approvals or so around the same time frame. Nothing is going to get done in the week of 22nd. I think we might see at best 10 approvals as it will be a short week...

Let's just hope and pray that they accelerate the approval schedule :)

Have a nice weekend guys!!

OMGosh!!! I am so excited!! It's been less than 24 hours since I logged in, and in that time, I have moved up 9 spots on Igor's List!! And some CSC August filers--some even LATER August filers--have gotten their NOA2's. The anticipation is killing me!!

US too...I am so excited...and when I seen some August filers on Igor's List I actually celebrated....friends and I went out for dinner...I know they really have no idea why seeing August Filers approved is so exciting, but it was an excuse to have a few drinks around a Christmas tree for them. I got to celebrate with friends, even if we were celebrating different things! What a nice HOHO present. Hopefully we will start seeing September approvals mid January. Hey guys I got my Christmas decorating all done today. I will have to post some pictures over the next couple days.

Hi guys, I went to my church Christmas party tonight. It was held at a lodge (church owned) in the woods, kinda secluded. It's a nice place, I want to have my wedding reception there. It's small and cozy and the perfect size as I'm not expecting more than 40 people to attend. My brain was going crazy while I was there thinking of the possibilities. You know, where to setup tables, how to decorate etc, where the dance floor will be. The only way I can get it is if we can get married before June as that's when the big camping season starts there. I hope I can finalize my wedding date soon so I can start planning away. If I can have it at this place I'll be able to save a ton of $$$. Wish us luck, will keep you posted ;)

Karri, the place sounds great! i was at a friends last night that just got married in the Dominican Republic. We were sitting arround talking with a group of people and I was talking about my SO - they kept asking me when the date was that we are getting married. SUCKS to have to tell people that we have no idea yet, :crying: because this process is so long.

I put the consulate in Osaka - I was thinking that maybe it wouldnt be as busy so it would be quicker. but there is almost no information about it on VJ, so I dont know yet if that was a good idea or not.

I know what you mean. Some times it is really painful when ppl ask when your fiancee is coming or your spouse is coming...it's the uncertainty that colors it to be some what nebulous...just my feeling...I know you guys probably feel the same ?? Again the number of approvals this week is only 12...I wish it were much higher...

Hmmmmm... I am praying that CSC will move kinda faster for August filers because it seems that August got numerous filers.

Anyway, crossing my fingers to have NOA2 later of January. As for wedding dates, it's really kinda sheesh not to be able to give a definite one. But then, we're gonna have church wedding on October because I want the autumn season for my church wedding. But we will have court wedding as soon as I get there.
