Jolies,

did you ever receive the NOA1 for the I-129F application you submitted in November? Did you ask your fiance if she could please call and find out if they ever received? Because the last time we saw you here you didnt have a NOA1. It is very important that you ask your USC fiance to call USCIS and find out if they ever received your application. Also, maybe you can ask her to join us here on this forum? Good luck :)

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Nigeria
Timeline

If they did not meet before filing the petition will be denied. Wavier of the 2 year requirement almost never happens except for well document religious rules or extreme medical conditions. If they try for a DCF even if she somehow stays the 6 months what will they do when it comes to the showing the ability to support him ? I doubt that leaving the US for 6 months will leave many with the income to show and there probably won't be a letter from an employer unless she has a really nice employer. Getting a visa you have to meet all the rules. You have to meet the requirements to file, be able to show support be able to pass medical and make it through the security checks. If they don't have the support to back up a DCF then it will be denied. If they want to marry, they can or if they never met she can travel and file a new k1 if they want to be together quicker.

ok you are wrong my frriend about her staying there bc once they get married why the hell she cannot stay in that country with her husband just use your commen sense please ..

Just because you marry someone doesnt give you rights to stay in that country for any undetermined length of time. It is different per country. Common sense has nothing to do with immigration and there are many couples that are married and separated due to immigration laws etc. Being citizens of different countries and being married doesnt give you any rights to be together in the same country.

use your common sense.
