Well i know and it drives me crazy . i posted a topic about that before.

but i tell you what just don't look at that time line cause i think its not correct .

there are so many people here on VJ who filed for the visa before jan 2008 and they got NOA2 already and some of them even got their visa .

Nothing's impossible . Nothing's unreachable .When I am weary you make me stronger

This love is beautiful .So unforgettable . I feel no winter cold when we are together .

Will you stand by me ?!!!Hold on and never let me go .

Will you stand by me?!! With you i know i belong . When the story gets told .

When day turns into night .I look into your eyes . I see my future now .All the world and its wonder

This love wont fade away. And through the hardest days . I will never question us .You are the reason my only reason.

I'm blessed to find what i need in a world loosing hope. you are my only believe .

You make things right every time after time.....

Will you stand by me ?!!!

I love you so much and i miss you so much more .

I wouldn't read too much into the processing times. I always thought they represented the oldest cases that they are still wroking on that havne't been approved or denied yet. Maybe people who got RFE'd like 3+ times lol or who haven't found visa journey yet  . There are many people who have applied after that that have already got their NOA2, correct? So if you submitted your case and everything seems to be in order than just be patient, your time will come soon

I know... It's just that frustrating...

anyway, anyone here explain to me how it is being married and filed as I-129F petition? I know it's out of topic already... Just that before I heard that getting married overseas takes longer than having a fiance' petition.. I just noticed from other cases here, they got married and filed I-129F petition...Anyone who has idea or can send me a link on how is that? Can a pending I-129F get married abroad while waiting for their k1 visa approval?

I assume you know what the K1 is for seeing as you applied for it.

It's a fiance/e visa which means if you get married abroad, the visa is invalid and needs to be cancelled.

What you're thinking of is the K3 visa which is for husband/wives. That involves a I-129F petition plus more.
