My wife has her Permanent Resident card. She always kept the I94 in her passport, which expired a while ago.

She just called me from the plane she's flying from NY to Argentina, and said the flight attendant took her I94 card away from her and said she didn't need it. I know that the perm res card should replace the I94 but I would have liked it if she kept it...just in case..

Do I have anything to worry about?

Once it expires (I-94) it would be of no use, given that she already had her Permanent resident card it will serve its (I-94) purpose. So I think she's alright :thumbs:

Jan 9, 2009---CARD RECEIVED FINALLY! Approval date 12-10-08..expires on 12-10-10

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

Sept 10,2010---REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

CITIZENSHIP

Sept 10,2011---Application for citizenship
