Called NVC this morning, an interview has not been scheduled as of yet. Per the Operator, the interviews will be scheduled throughout the day. Also per the Operator, today is the deadline to schedule interviews for the month of October.

Some of us have received different information from NVC reps. I just got off yet another "has not been scheduled" call with them and the very cordial representative said that they will likely have "runover" where they are scheduling Monday and Tuesday of next week. I have been told to call back on Monday, on Thursday--and just now on Tuesday afternoon. So for those of you still waiting, as the rep said "there's still hope!"

good luck remaining patient!

So my husband calls twice and gets two different answrers : first one says no date yet and if u didnt get one today then u missed oct. the second guy says no we re not done schedualing yet call back again till next thursday!!!!! :girlwerewolf2xn::ranting:

I was also told my the operator that they will schedule until Thursday, but it depends on workload at embassies.

I just talked to a rep and she said that they will still continue to make appointments until next week. They are not done making appointments as of yet. I am trying to be hopeful but it doesn't help to see that we are past the deadline and no interview date. One thing that is keeping me sane is that on 9/11/08 was a new year in Ethiopia and the embassy is closed on that day and that might be the reason that our case has not gotten a date yet. I am also getting the same info. When I called in the morning they said they were not done scheduling and to call next week. When I called at night the rep said that today is the deadline and they are continuing to make appointments until they close. She also says that they are not done and maybe by Tuesday if I don't have an appointment then to wait until next month. :crying: I am so upset but trying to stay hopeful. :unsure: Good luck to you and all of those still waiting for an interview.

Please add me. Case completed 9/08/08. I hope to get an interview date in October, but they said October is full, and that I should call next week to see if they scheduled me into November. *sigh*... I guess we will spend our 1 year anniversary apart.

Long story short, we have a complicated case. We've been at this for nearly 5 years. You can read our story here. I highly recommend our attorney Laurel Scott, as well as attorneys Laura Fernandez and Lizz Cannon .

Filed I-130 via CSC in Feb 2008. Petition approved June 2008. Consular interview in Mexico, Oct 2008, visa denied, INA 212a6cii. We allege improper application of the law in this case.

2012, started over in Seoul: I-130 filed DCF on 7/2, I-130 approved 8/8, Medical at Yonsei Severance 11/20, IR1 appointment in November 2012.
