thank you for adding me.As per NVC we should call them on 15 Sep 2008

they informed that NVC is scheduling the interwies dates middle of the month.

We got married 14 Sep 2006 and started CR1 visa status but next week we will be married since 2 years so our visa status will be changed by NVC?If anyone know anything on this issue please let me know.

I got the interview date. The 29th of September at 10 am.

I guess they had some september dates left over. I was assinged the date on the 3rd.

Congratulations on receiving an early interview date.

Called NVC this morning. Unfortunately, my case was completed on 8/29 without reviewing the checklist response for the RFE. Per the NVC Operator, the case had to be uncompleted and reviewed and then was completed again on 9/5. So the updated completion date is 9/5. The Operator also stated I don't qualify for a September interview which I had already figured. He said to call later this week for status although there isn't a set date to schedule interviews.

Yes your visa will automatically be changed from CR1 to IR1. Now you don't have to worry about removing conditions. Good luck.

I called NVC today and now the the messages say that our case was completed on August 19th not August 14th as it said originally. WIERD!!!!! Also I looked at the US Embassy website and they have already scheduled up to NOV 8. They only hope I have is that they will schedule more interviews for October days! Anyway this week is going to be hard, I am so anxious to find out about our interveiw date.

UPDATE: So far 3 people have been assigned interview dates that have been completed in August.

Congrats:

1.BNM-9/22/2008: Case completed=8/11/2008

2.ROCA- 9/29/2008: case completed=8/29/2008

3.Mj3lasvegas-10/3/2008: case completed=8/15/2008
