Just talked to NVC. They said they haven't finished scheduling for January. They told me to call back at the end of the week.

I called this evening and they told me they finished up scheduling for Jan today. So, at least for me, no January interview. Someone from here told me to still call at the end of the week and I might get my Feb date... Our two year anniversary os March 15, how long does it take for the greencard to be issued? I wonder if we will get the IR-1 or the CR-1? The paperwork from the NVC said CR-1, but we are so close to meeting the criteria for the IR-1. *sigh* I'm kinda bummed. How are you all hanging in there?

Any new Case completes? I am still waiting to be scheduled. I am hoping it is for February. Someone told me that on another thread someone said they were done scheduling for February, but when I just called the NVC, they said that they hadn't been told that they were done scheduling for February yet. I wonder if this is NVC wide (or I guess worldwide) or if it is Embassy specific? Hmm... Can I ask who all has been scheduled for February?

THANK YOU NVC (F)(L)

CASE COMPLETE the CR1 took 1 month

AND where is my DHL shipment to the embassy?

I bring this up because if you can not find your shipment, like me, what do you do?

I search and search DHL for the K3. not to be found. time to chill...it must be somewhere

I search all dates and ranges :bonk:

Wife got the packet 3 so it was shipped.

VJ forum gave me the heads up to dump the K3.

I went for the CR1. It shipped and again I search DHL. Not to be found.. . :bonk:

VJ forum to the rescue and so I repeat it here for you soon to ship folks.

The format is "EXP DD MMM 2009A" example: May 20, 2009 ship is EXP 19 MAY 2009A

don't forget the spaces...and to set the date range on the tracking page. The website is:

http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp?nav=TrackByRef

when you can not find your NVC shipment at the DHL website

try "EXP DD MMM 2009B"

:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

hope you all ship out soon
