IV Fee Bill

I paid for my IV Fee Bill yesterday and this morning when I checked it showed In-Process and I just check now and it says NOT PAID. Does anyone know what to do now? Also, on Jame's Shortcut for the DS-230 cover sheet what address do you put in the top. I would put my wife name and what address should I put the one she will be staying at here because I am now her choice of agent.

The same happened to me when I paid the AOS fee bill. This happens when one pays the bill online before the bill is generated. It could be that your IV Bill was generated today. You can call NVC to confirm. But most likely the status will change to 'Paid' tomorrow and if not tomorrow then on Tuesday. For the ds230 coverletter, you may want to look over Loto's guidelines. When I called the NVC AVR it said that it had been generated. I went on and paid because they said it was invoiced.

Try calling NVC today and speak to an Operator. Maybe they can confirm the payment of the bill or give you some insight. If the money has been withdrawn from your bank then the payment has gone through. If not, you may want to check to see if you entered the correct bank account/routing number. Hope things work out.

I think it happens with everyone. When I paid IV bill had the same, first it was "in process" and next day became "not paid", day later it went "paid". So do not worry and do not attempt to pay again. Just keep checking, and when it will torn "paid" print cover sheet, it will have an address on it to send 230 to.
