Hello Vj Family,

I am ready to face the Consul on Sept 04 but i wanted to make sure i have all the papers needed.

Please, please, please read my checklist if i missed something and let me know what else do i have to prepare.

1. DS-156 ------- two completed copies

2. DS-157 ------- two completed copies with machine validated

3. I-134 -------- affidavit of Support

4. Marriage Certificate

5. Birth Certificate

6. NBI Clearance

7. Police Clearance

8. Billy's W-2 2006 and 2007

9. Billy's Retirement Pay Statement --------June and july 07

10. Pictures together

Evidences of Ongoing Relationship

E-mails from Billy and my mom in -law

Mails from Billy w/ P.O stamps

Remittance Receipts

Phone bills/ logs

Plane tickets

I will also bring the ff.

NOA2 copy of I-129F

Letter from Embassy

Metrobank Receipt ( Delbros )

March 12, 2009 12:21pm - AOS package delivered to USCIS

March 20, 2009 - Check cashed

March 21, 2009 - NOA1 for I-485, I-131 and I-765

March 24, 2009 - Received Biometrics Appointment

April 4, 2009 - Case transferred to CSC

April 7, 2009 - Biometrics appointment is done

May 4, 2009 - AP approval notice received

May 8,2008 - EAD received

June 3, 2009 - Welcome notice from CRIS via email

June 8, 2009 - Receive hard copy of welcome notice on the mail

Don't leave any blanks in your DS forms so double check it :D plus sign them na, paste your 2x2 visa pic and don't forget the date so no more hassle when you're in USEM.
