Finally, after so many days (84 days) finally My wife's I-129F got approved , I just checked my regular mail and there it was smiling at me :devil: our NOA-2 . It was approved on may 17th and never got an email nor is on the USCIS account.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Great news --- I can't wait for ours to arrive!!!

Are you going to wait for the Packets 3/4 to arrive at your spouses' residence? or do you plan on faxing in the the info to help expidite the process?

(we are both going thru the Bogota Embassy)....

Pack 3 will be sent to your wife, it contains a few forms for her to fill in...and it contains the I-134 but if i were you i would download that & send it to your wife as this has to be filled in by you & needs to be notarised!!

ohter forms in the pack are DS-156-DS-230 and my memory fails me on what other forms!! :yes::unsure:

edited to say................the pack also contains, checklist & readiness for interview form!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008
