Employment Letter Recipient

Hi everyone, this is Trinne's fiance using her account. Tomorrow i will request the employment letter she will need for the interview. I found this sample employment letter in visajourney website:

"To whom it may concern: (first name,last name) has been employed

full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an

annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company

letterhead."

My question is: Should the letter be addressed to "Whom it may concern" or to USEM with its address??

Any experience or suggestions will help, thanks

hi!

my fiance employment letter was addressed to USEM...but when i had my interview last August 19,2008 they didnt asked for it they only got my fiance's w2 form and ITR's... hope this would help....good luck!

"i think" to whom it may concern will do but as for my experience, the CO and the pre-screener didn't asked for it, thank God caz i don't have that paper hehe Edited August 29, 2008 by o0pink0o

I actually made this, forwarded it to my fiance' to show to their company secretary, they can just copy-paste and print using their official paper with company's letterhead. Maybe you can just rephrase this.

my husband's letter of employment was addressed to whom it may concern. worked for me..goodluck!
