130 is approved,what should we do next?

our I-130 is approved last august 13, but we still mailed our I-129f.Now the CSC return our paper back all of it, because they cant process our I-129f anymore since I130 is approved,

So what we should do now? call NVC?,its been 2 weeks since the approval of I130 and we didnt hear anything from NVC.

Can anybody help us what to do next?

2008-08-03: I-130 NOA1

NVC

2008-08-18: Package forwarded to NVC

2008-09-02: Received AOS fee bill/ DS3032

2008-09-01: Email DS3032, no autoresponse

2008-09-02: resend DS 3032, got auto response

2008-09-13: received confirmation letter from NVC,DS3032 entered the system

2008-10-09: Pay AOS and IV fee

2008-10-26: Receive DS230 packet

2008-10-27: Send DS230 packet

2008-11-04: case complete,receives visa interview letter (husband)

2008-11-25: receive appointment letter from manila embassy

2008-11-27-28: medical exam SLEC, PASSED!

2008-12-17: Visa interview in manila embassy

2008-12-17: Visa is Approved, Paid Delbros 250 for Cebu City

2008-12-18: Receive txt from Delbros,my visa is ready to dispatch! AWESOME!

2008-12-23: Visa on hand, after 4working days!

2009-01-08: POE, chicago o'hare

2009-02-02: SSN card received from local office after applying personally

2009-02-12: 2yrs GC received

If USCIS gets I-129F after approval of I-130, they will just drop the I-129F in favor of the IMMIGRANT process, NVC will be processing the I-130 for an immigrant visa.

Im reading the shortcuts now. How long does the NVC send the first packet (DS303)?

As soon as the NVC has our case, can i email my DS-3032 right away?

u said u got your bar code now, does it mean, u receive a mail already from NVC?

You don't have to wait for mails from NVC. As soon as your case arrives at NVC, get the case # from a live rep/AVR.

When you hear DS-3032 and AOS fee bill are generated in the system(you find out from live rep or wait for update on AVR), you can proceed with email or mail the DS-3032 (refer to loto's guide and Jame's shortcut) and pay AOS fee online.

09/30 POE IR1 visa interview took 166 days from the I-130 filing date (expedited).

10/04 Applied for SSN in married name.

11/11 Welcome notice received (dated 11/04)

11/15 Received Green card.

11/21 2nd Welcome notice received (dated 11/13)

11/24 Received SS card in maiden name.

Please change profile status to IR1/CR1 visa since you going with that visa and you have now made that your timeline. It makes it easier for people to interpret for the sake of time frames.

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

May we ask how you got a bar code? We too have our case number. Haven't tried using it when we called NVC.

12-09-08 - INTERVIEW @ 6:30AM...God be with us! --- APPROVED!!!

12-11-08 - VISAS RECEIVED....YAHOOOOO!!!

04-07-09 - POE: Chicago O'hare

04-28-09 - received SSN's (after having to apply for them personally!!!!)

04-30-09 - Received our 2-year GREEN CARDS

01-07-09 - ROC, here we come!!!

01-18-11 - Mailed out I-751
