Including this in out I-130 & AOS Packet. On question 15. Current Immigration Status (Visitor, Student, etc.) what do you put here if you are/were married here while on a tourist visa…? Is, Pending in process I-130 & AOS application ok or should we just put Visitor..? Thanks

Put Visitor cause that's your current immigration status upon filling your AOS.

If still valid (Visitor or refer to the Visa number -- B2 for instance) Not sure what kind of visa you had .. B1 or B2 or both. If expired just put Expired or Out of Status.

Agree, write "Visitor (B1/B2)" - the exact visa type you have. If your I-94 already expired, write "overstay of Visitor visa (B1/B2)".
