What do you do to lose or maintain weight?

If preggy you dont need to lose weight. bad for the baby. 3 different kinds of tea in my kitchen, depends on my mood. I have Chrysanthemum, jasmine tea, and english breakfast tea. All those has good taste. Sometimes I put a lil of maple syrup. Try mo shapey. I dont often exercise, but at least it helps to maintain the shape. wink*

Hehehe, i'm not preggy yet, how we wish i am already. :star: The tea i use is Kancura Slimming tea and for me effective naman. Alternate lang inom and not everyday. Hindi rin aco exercise eh, walking lang and minsan running, nagpapahabol aco sa pusa co. Lol :star:

silly gurl you are not getting fat kala mo lang yun.. heheheh well here is what we do, i wasnt born with a slim body and all that but just to maintained or hopefully lose my weight.. we dont eat rice na.. and wag masyado sa salt(coz salt retains water) when we dine out we share nalanf kasi big servings nila dito diba? Lunch we only have sandwhich (with deli like roated beef pa cut mo na thin so you think you had more, roasted turkey) and lettuce just add a few cheese if you want or mustard.. dinner naman i sometimes cook pastas and greek salad..(leafy kaya good for the tummy.) stay away from carbonated drinks..

Iwasan din ang mga fastfood at buffet....ako naman kain ng kain kasi sobrang payatot ko....pero no sodas and as long as I can nagluluto talaga ako para hindi fastfood kahit medyo allergy yong ilong ng asawa ko sa amoy ng mga niluluto ko..di kasi sya nakain ng Filipino food...

Thanks Jomay. Hainaku, mahilig aco sa rice. Hehe. Sa salt mejo umiiwas rin aco. Hindi aco mahilig sa bread, lol. Like once a week lang aco kumain ng bread or minsan hindi. Pareho kami husband co hindi mahilig kumain nang salad. ;)

Nakupo napagod nako kakapilit....mas gusto nya mexican food...sabi ko nga sa kanya dapat nag asawa na lang sya ng mexican at hindi filipina :DD

I can understand your predicament. I gained a lot just after a month from arriving here. Since we have a pool in the house I swim 15 laps ( 1 lap back and forth) before sleeping. My husband and I drink green tea before sleeping too and we walk for 3 miles around the subdivision after dinner. I was 128lbs when I arrived here but now, a horrifying 140 !!!!!!!!!! but I am trying my best to lose weight. At 39 my metabolism is not as fast as 20 years ago, lol.

My husband and I travel a lot and it is during this time that we both gain weight because of eating outside so we subscribe to nutrisystem and we bring them when we travel. Back home, we cook food. We also try to eat before 6:00 p.m :)

Right now we are in Alabama since Monday and have been eating nutrisystem food but then again, yesterday we pigged out at Logan's because we miss hot and fresh food. Hay naku, losing weight is so hard when you love food :)

:rofl: shapey everyday kana lang pahabol sa catty mo. hehe. Nag eexcercise kana, nag eenjoy kapang makipag laro sa pusa mo. oh diba? effective yun.

Wow mine is surprising... I lose 10 lbs from the original 120 before arriving here. Well the 10 lbs is just this past week. I used to maintain the 120 lbs for 7 weeks and just this past week medyo nagtry ako slow down sa rice. For the past whole week twice lang ako kumain ng rice. Walang tea hindi ko kasi type ang lasa eversince... control lang sa sarili ginawa ko palakain kasi ako.Small amount lang tas nagBeans ako, sandwich,salad and corn. Na habit ko rin ang tubig. Everyday walk and i went water aerobics this past week dahil pinasama ako ng mom in law ko coz we stayed for a week with her... so expected ako lang ang pinakabata sa whole class kasi puro senior citizen na talaga namang ang tataba including my mom. So i believe thats the reason I lose the 10 lbs this past week and it feels good kaya cguro maintain ko na.

Sabi nga ni Juday---feeling WOW looking WOW!!!

Self-control is a great factor to avoid being like those senior citizen i used to have in water aerobics. Since nakita ko na how terrible it is.. i promise myself not to be one of them. My husband used to joke with me " I will divorce you once you get 400 lbs"..NO WAY!!
