I finally sent our I-129f in!!!

Monday I sent the I-129f in to Vermont (overnight mail because hi, i am paranoid). I see that it takes approx. 2-3 weeks for them to get in touch with you. Will they be doing this with the email address I provided or through the mail?

also, when they get in touch, what do they say? And they will give me a case # so I can see my progress online?

Anyone going through Vermont, how long has your case been taking? God I'm nervous. It's very unnerving to have some Government worker(s) decide whether or not you are in love enough.

It's been taking 2-3 weeks for the NOA1, yes. But you can get your case number as soon as the check has been cashed, which took about a week for us. You'll get this in email (if notification is turned on) and a copy through the mail.

From the NOA1, I'm expecting a 4 month wait or so for the next notice.
