Hi Sracast, I am too waiting for my K3 hope Vermont wakes up soon and clears all pending application

My time line;

I -130 sent 05/24/08

NOA1- 06/06/08

I-129F sent-07/28/08 with the intimation of waiving of my filing fee for I -129F

NOA1-08/13/08

I'm still waiting too .. for a LONG time !! Shouldn't I have been approved by now since I am a January filer, or am I just being impatient?

Also applied for expedite on humanitarian reasons, let's see what happens.

who else is in the same boat PENDING at VSC K3 ONLY from 07 if there is any to April 2008??

I know there is many spreadsheets going on I just want to gather with the ones not approved yet and maybe get an idea who will be the first in line when VSC decides to start working with the applications left out that were not transferred.

once again calling only 2007 and Jan-April 2008 pending petitions.

my NOA 1 was recieved on April 1 and I have only had one touch since then. it was for an error on papers. I have re sent them and they assured me I would go back in line where I was.

Im in the same boat, I filed in January NOA 1 dated in February, and yet USCIS still has not cancelled petitions, so let them approve them and let it all be done with. Processing times are a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

next week will be my sixth month since I send out I-130 and my 9th month of marriage I know there is people waiting longer than me but it just frustrating I hope that September will be better but it seems every month we said the same first was July then August and now we hoping September!!

I know how you feel, there is only one thing more grueling then this waiting for VSC to do something, and that is being apart from our loved ones!

I agree ... waiting is awful. I filed the I-130 and the I-129 in March. I sent a letter to my Congresswoman last week. I called her office to verify that she received it. I was told that they sent the inquiry to Vermont. She also sent a letter confirming that she would do everything she could to assist. (Hopefully she will) Since we are not outside of the backwards moving processing times, I'm not sure if it will help. But i figured it couldn't hurt.

I did use this time to gather all of the papers that I needed for the NVC. I probably need an update letter of employment since that is now two months old. I've kept up in the forums discussing the NVC process to try to make that as smooth as possible.

I'm also lucky that I'm going to see my husband next month. It's only for a long weekend but it will be soooo nice to spend time with him again.

I am optimistic that September will be better for us at VSC. It takes about a month to fully process the N-400's and all voters must be registered by October. So it would be senseless to continue to put those applications ahead of family petitions due to the election year any longer. Also, as mentioned, August is the most vacationed month of the year. After Labor Day, school is back in session and vacations are usually over. Everyone should be back to work.

Have a wonderful time with him, Im going to Paris in October to be with my husband, I have not seen hm since Dec. 2007 Its all I look forward to, to me right now, its the only thing that is certain to happen. And the vacation part being over is so true, many of workers at DHS I deal with on a daily basic is not returning from vacation and their kids starting school on Tuesday here, IF hurricane dont come our way.

I am also waiting for NOA2 for so long now, my husband filed our 1-130 feb 19 we got noa1 feb 29 I checked your spreadsheet here and if i based on that list i figure out our approval is coming anytime soon,im so happy looking on that list i'm number 12 in the countdown & you next to me, but i'm a bit sad and confused when i looked at the Vj k-3 timelines i found out that theres still a lot that was not included in your list. Can you clarify this?
