Do you think that VSC is transferring all the I-130's to CSC because they are going to make CSC the only service center that processes them? Last year there were 4 Service Centers that accepted the petiton, now there are 2. Is it possible that they are going to make it 1? It seems like it would work because that were there are not discrepancies in how the petitions are processed. Makes you go hmmmmmm....

It doesn't really matter how many places are doing it so long as the number of people involved doesn't change.

They should really have all paperwork scanned and input into an imaging system and that way they can simply pull the next case available for adjudication off the top, regardless of where they are or where the petitioner lives. And, they can add or remove service centers at will.

Sounds a valid reasoning to me.....I am not able to understand how come USICS is touching June /July files...Are they planing to move March/April/May filers to CSC or what???
