Thank you for the well wishes.

Didn't get on VJ until now, the "loitering" at the mall and all the walking yesterday knocked me out at 8.00 p.m. last night!

It may seem like the MO is asking a lot of questions, but he was friendly and it was quite casual. It reminded me of a job interview!

Mel,

Plan to fly tentatively 2nd/3rd week of September. Gotta find out the availability of flight/seat or will see whether can find a bargain at MATTA fair Sept 05-07.

Everybody at the consulate is friendly and professional. So, don't worry, have your paperwork organized, you will find yourself breeze through the interview too.

I forgot to mention one thing: after hearing so much about the pink slip being the approval slip and blue is no good on VJ, my heart actually skipped one beat when I saw a blue slip on Mr Saravanan's hand before he gave it to me.

The KL consulate apparently gives out blue slip with a serial number, instruction on how and where to pick up passport from VFS office for approved cases!! Today at the VFS office, I saw everyone has a blue slip for picking up passport. :-)
