Relax guys. As far as i know K1 and K3 is different from the Ir1/Cr1. In Ir1 and Cr1 NVC assigns the interview dates to them while the K1 and K3 applicants are the ones to call the USEM to set for interview date.

DV are the same but paying it in advance is useless until you got you MNL Case number

now to our poster: pay DV after you called USEM and if your documents is in their system you can directly pay DV at any assigned bank . goodluck

IM SHARING YOU GUYS MY EXPERIENCED. IM ON CR1 ROUTE AND I WAITED FOR THE NVC TO FORWARD MY CASE TO USEM MANILA BEFORE I MADE THE PAYMENT. FILI IS RIGHT U HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NVC TO FORWARD THE APPROVED DOCUMENTS TO USEM MANIL BEFORE U MAKE A PAYMENT.

BEFORE IM ABOUT TO PAY THE DELBROS WITH MNL CASE NO. WHILE MY CASE IS STILL IN NVC. BUT I SECOND THOUGHT I WAITED FOR THE CASE TO BE FORWARDED TO USEM FIRST.

HOW WILL THE USEM WILL FORWARD THE DOCUMENTS TO BE VERIFY TO DELBROS WITHOUT THE ACTUAL CASE COMPLETED REACH THE USEM?

SINCE MY APPROVED CASE IS ALREADY IN USEM. I PAID LAST WEEK AND I KEEP ON TEXTING DELBROS INQUIRY AND THEY GOT MY PAYMENT ALREADY. DELBROS TOLD ME THAT USEM NOT FORWARD MY CASE YET AND ITS BEEN 1 WEEK NOW... I WILL CALL USEM ON MON TO CHECK IT OUT.

I WILL POST MY UPDATE WHEN I GET A CHANCE TO TALK TO THEM.
