I'm so depressed now coz some May filers got their NOA2 already. We are still waiting for our NOA2 and we're May 3 filers. oh oh oh, can't help but cry but then again wait, wait, wait... no choice.

CONGRATS TO THOSE WHO GOT THEIR NOA2. TAKE CARE AND GOD BLESS.

we waited 5 months and thought that was taking forever... just be patient and youll receive your NOA2 Just think, Philippines aside from UK has the most filers in USCIS.

Three months isn't a long time to wait for an NOA 2. You gotta be patient during this process, or you'll drive yourself crazy. I hate to be negative, but you'll have to endure a lot more waiting during this process after the NOA 2 as well, so you've got to just stay positive and remember you'll be with your fiance forever, assuming the K1 visa is approved.

You don't have a single reason to worry yet. Looks like getting an approval is kind of a gamble - even if you filed at the same date, u still might end up in the different box or get landed at the desk of particulary slow adjudicator. Just stay strong, ur approval is coming soon!

05-29-2008 NOA1 (6 days)

06-09-2008 Touched (Yay, violated for the 1st time)

07-02-2008 Touched again!!!

07-03-2008 Touched again!!!

08-29-2008 Dave's 2nd trip to Ukraine!

09-25-2008 NOA2 (126 days)

09-26-2008 Touched

09-??-2008 NVC Received

09-30-2008 NVC Left

10-02-2008 Noa2 hardcopy in the mail

10-03-2008 Embassy Received

11-05-2008 Medical

11-07-2008 Interview

11-14-2008 Visa Received

11-17-2008 Flight to Orlando :)

06-15-09..... Sent AOS Package

06-25-09..... Recieved NOA AOS EAD AP

06-29-09..... Recieved Biometrics appointment for July 21

07-10-09..... Case transfered to California

08-05-09..... AOS Card production ordered

08-06-09..... AP approval sent

08-06-09..... EAD Card production ordered

08-11-09..... Got my GREENCARD

08-13-09..... Got my EAD card and AP

I feel the same.. Ours were filed last May too. our NOA1 was dated May 19 and still nothing from them. grrrrrrr.... :angry: so slow... but Vermont is way faster in processing than CA......!!!! :no:
