Hi every body! I filed a petition to my wife in the Philippines and by the time USCIS approved it she was already in Canada to study.Can she have her interview in Canada or does she have to go back to the Philippines? if any body knows the answer it will be greatly appreciated :)

I-130- CSC received 2-27-08

I-130- approved 8-8-08

8-14-08 - got a case number

I-130- approved 8-8-08

8-14-08 - got a case number

i assume you got your case number that start us embassy in manila already, if so u have to call NVC and axplain to them your situation, they will ask your wife for proof of status in canada, then u will foward the study pemit to them so they can change it for u before it get to manila that will be difficult to reroute.

thank you so much for the info, I'll tell my wife to send me a copy of her study permit, i'll call NVC and tell them the situation before they send anything to Manila.
