Will my wife be the only one e-mailing these forms or me(the petitioner) who has to do this also?

The DS forms are for or from the intended visa applicant... since you are the USC, you do not a visa nor do you need to apply for one.....

The I-864 comes from the USC but you know that already...

Dude ..read LOTO 's guide+/- james short cuts for NVC process.its very helpful man...its like some one making you to eat banana after peeling skin ....that easy nvc process lol

Yes, the NVC is a very easy process. You should read the Time Savers thread, pages 1, 10 & 11 to see how the flow works.

Definitely do yourself a favor and follow the short cuts. We didn't find VJ until we'd already gone through much of the time-saving part of the process--so it amazes me when I see the timelines of folks who knew about the short-cuts and followed them to a T. They have sped through NVC! I wish you the best of luck and a short stay at NVC.

Your wife will have to send in the DS-3032 form, either by email or postal mail. Emailed replies have been taking 1-2 weeks to be entered into the system. Mailed ones seem to be entered within a day of receipt, although you have to consider transit times and postage fees. She'll have to wait until your file is received at NVC, she has the case #, and they have generated the DS-3032 and AOS fee bill before sending it though.
