I just received packet3 today.

So now i got an important question. For minor child, they asked to have a notarized letter from the other parent and a notarized photocopy of his passeport.

So, i got a court judgment who say that my daughter father agree that she will immigrate to the US with me. Do you thing that i still have to get from him a notarized letter?

The court paper should be enough, I used one for my kids. Its actully better then a letter from the father.

Thanx for your answer I will call the embassy tomorrow to be sure about that.

I already called my ex, he will do it if really need. But in France its not easy like in US to get paper notarized.
