Back to this after long so excuse me if my questions is silly

my GC expires 12/04/08 so i apply for removal before the 90 days or during the 90 days period?

the application window opens up 90 days before the expiry... you can make application anytime during the 90 period

You do not have to send in seperate checks. I didn't, nor has anyone I know done that.

Some people do it if there are dealing with children attached to the original visa petition.
