ON THE I-129F PART B QUESTION 7 OTHER NAME USED.IS THIS REGARDING ALSO ON A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE?

OR ONLY IF YOU CHANGED YOUR NAME?AND WHAT YOU CAN RECCOMEND FOR FILLING THE APPLICATION?TYPE

OR WRITTEN?I TRIED TO TYPE IT BUT SOME WORDS CANT FIT ON THE SPACE AND ENDED UP HAVJNG A (+) MARK ON IT?

My Fiance put both her names maiden an her past married name even though she is using her maiden name again, As for the + we had same problem, we left those blank an wrote the answers to those out

You put the name she uses now. If she has ever changed her name you put whatever other name she's used. For instance, I put my maiden name on 'any other names used'.

You can type it or write it out...doesn't matter. You can also add a supplement to the back of each page and note that you did that on the form. Use the example forms (link above) to help you fill your forms out. That and the instructions listed on the USCIS website for the I129f are sure to answer all your questions.

Yes, this space would be used for her maiden name or other names she used (due to marriage, name change, etc.) The + mark means you exceeded the space on the form and should attach a separate sheet. If that is what you will do, then in this space write "see attachment". On the attachment, at the top list the names of the petitioner and beneficiary (you and your fiancee) give the attachment a "number" (i.e. attachment 1) and then write "answer to question #6" for example....

John Doe, Petitioner

Jane Lovely, Beneficiary

Attachment 1, Answer to Question #6

Blah, Blah, Blah.
