Need help,,I already receive the forms from NVC for the Affidavit of Support

after 2 weeks when I pay the $70. now I am not sure with my case

I do have my 3 years W2 from 2005 - 2007

However Dec 2007 I quit that Job and now I just started working again March 2008

and I am earning less now comparei from my previous job,

So now is it okey to use those W2 from my previous job?

and do i need to get a certification on my new job that I am employed to them?

They only want the tax information verifing your last three years of employment along with the affidavit. Oh and tyour money.

One tax transcript from the most recent year is what they're asking for.

Sent I-130 to VT 25-Oct-2007

I-130 Moved to California 6-August-2008

My petition has been in 3 states (1, twice) in 9 months!

Rec'd by CSC 8/9, touched 8/11, 8/12, 8/15, 8/20, 8/25

Approved Tuesday, 25-August-2008

10 months since we mailed the petition

Rec'd NVC 9/3, Invoice Generated 9/10, DS-3032 emailed 9/11.

Rec'd AOS invoice 9/15, paid online 9/15, Accepted as Paid 9/18, mailed I-864EZ 9/19

IV Invoiced 9/18, paid online 9/19, Accepted as paid 9/22

DS-230 sent 10/2

Case complete @NVC 10/8 - 11 months, 1 week and 6 days

Interview in Montreal December 18, 2008 - scheduled 1 year, 1 week and 3 days after the start of our journey. Takes place 1 year, 1 month, 3 weeks and 2 days after the start...

Thursday, April 2, 2009 Activated Visa - 1 year, 5 months, 1 week and 1 day

They request 1 year of tax returns but many people send info on the last 3 years to make sure everything is ok. You should also send a letter of employment along with copies of recent pay stubs to show your current salary. If you do not make enough this year, you will need a co-sponsor.

Yes like i have received packet 3.5 from usa embassy and they wrote thier that they need 1 year tax returnsbut i wanna make sure abt one thing that my mother in law is supporting me and they both live in same house so thats y she is filling I 864A.

But does my mother in law need to submit her birth certificate to prove her relation to her daughter.

My wife is sick she doesnot work since 10 years,i know she has to fill out I 864 but what she will write in her income or other things while shes on her social security.
